More than 90 University of Mississippi students were inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the nation's oldest and most prestigious undergraduate honors organization in the liberal arts. The university held an induction ceremony on April 10 in the Johnson Commons Ballroom on campus. Phi Beta Kappa membership is an honor conferred upon fewer than 10% of each graduating class. Students do not apply for membership but are elected by the chapter after a review of the academic records of each eligible candidate.

Amber Elizabeth Amis, an integrated marketing communications and pre-med major from Clinton, has been inducted into the University of Mississippi's 2025-26 Student Hall of Fame.

Mississippi State University students earned a third-place overall finish this spring at the National Collegiate Landscape Competition. Competing against 54 universities from across the U.S. and Canada, the team showcased outstanding skill, creativity and teamwork in addressing real-world landscape industry challenges. The competition evaluates students' technical expertise, problem-solving skills and teamwork under timed conditions. MSU's strong performance reflects the university's commitment to rigorous academic preparation, hands-on learning and professional mentorship within the Department of Landscape Architecture and Environmental Design. MSU's achievement reinforces its national leadership in landscape architecture education, preparing graduates to address challenges in sustainable design, community planning and environmental stewardship.

The University of Mississippi selected more than 90 students to receive a 2026 Marcus Elvis Taylor Memorial Medal, the university's highest academic award.

More than 200 students were honored as the 2025-26 class of Who's Who Among Students at the University of Mississippi. The honorees were recognized for their achievements during a ceremony on April 10 at the Gertrude C. Ford Center for the Performing Arts. Who's Who Among Students is a respected honor program recognizing seniors who excel academically and demonstrate leadership and community service on and off campus.

Southern New Hampshire University congratulates the following students on being named to the Honor Roll for the 2026 C-1 (Jan - Mar) term. Honor Roll is a term-specific achievement that recognizes learners who excel at SNHU. It was established in 2022 to help recognize academic excellence in our part-time and graduate learners. Eligibility for the SNHU Honor Roll requires full-time or part-time undergraduate, graduate, or coursework only online or campus students to earn an academic grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher for an individual term. Please note: Full-time undergraduate students who receive the Honor Roll may also be eligible for the President's List or Dean's List. Honor Roll is awarded at the end of each term, while the President's List and Dean's List are recognized at the end of the 16-week campus terms or following paired 8-week terms for online students. While acknowledgment of the Honor Roll is an achievement, it is not a recognized university honor and has no bearing on eligibility for honor societies, Latin honors, or ceremonial honors at the time of conferral or during the Commencement ceremony, nor will it be noted on the student's academic transcript or diploma. Six Mississippi State College of Agriculture and Life Sciences students were selected as fall 2025 Dean's Scholars, which recognizes degree candidates who demonstrate excellence in academics, research, experiential learning and leadership. This special designation is different than the MSU Dean's List or MSU President's List, which is based solely on MSU GPA and academic performance. CALS Dean's Scholars receive a tricolor honor cord and charm recognizing each category in which the scholars excelled.

Nineteen University of Mississippi students were inducted into the Columns Society on March 29 at Paris-Yates Chapel.

More than 660 students graduated from the University of Mississippi in December 2025. Undergraduate and graduate candidates received degrees from the College of Liberal Arts, General Studies program, and schools of Accountancy, Applied Sciences, Business Administration, Education, Engineering, Journalism and New Media, Law and Pharmacy.

University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) graduated more than 6,400 students worldwide in the fall 2025 term.

Middle Tennessee State University has released the final graduate list and congratulates the students who received their degrees at its fall 2025 commencement ceremonies. MTSU's fall commencement saluted members of the third Class of 2025 during two ceremonies in Murphy Center to confer their degrees.

Nearly 1,400 students are among Mississippi State University fall 2025 graduates. MSU President Mark E. Keenum congratulated graduates as the December ceremony's keynote speaker, emphasizing the world-class education they received and the core MSU values it reflects-integrity, hard work and respect for others. "I want you to be known as the person who people can always trust and count on because of your impeccable integrity; I want you to be known as the person who always excels and does their very best because of your strong work ethic; and I want you to be known as being the person other people enjoy being around because you're nice, kind, thoughtful and considerate of others," he said. "You're about to receive a diploma that says 'Mississippi State' on it. People will see that name and know you are part of a wonderful family. That's why your diploma is so valued-because of who we are."

The University of Rhode Island is pleased to announce the Fall 2025 Dean's List. To be included on the Dean's List, full-time students must have completed 12 or more credits for letter grades which are GPA applicable during a semester and achieved at least a 3.30 quality point average. Part-time students qualify with the accumulation of 12 or more credits for letter grades which are GPA applicable earning at least a 3.30 quality point average. Students named to the Dean's List represent nearly all of Rhode Island's cities and towns, all six New England states, New York and New Jersey, and many other states and countries.

To be eligible for the President's List, a student must maintain a 4.0 grade point average, based on a 4.0 system. The student must take a full course load of at least 12 semester hours of undergraduate credit with all academic courses impacting their grade point average.

To be eligible for the Dean's List, degree-seeking students must have earned a GPA of at least 3.5 for a minimum of nine semester hours of academic credit taken at Georgia State during the fall or spring term with no incompletes for the semester. Eligible students must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 for all classes taken at Georgia State.

A select group of outstanding students has been named to the fall 2025 Dean's List at Adelphi University. Adelphi's deans of Arts and Sciences, Education and Health Science, Business, Nursing and Public Health, Social Work and Psychology recognize superior academic work every semester. The Dean's List includes full-time students registered for 12 or more credits who have completed at least 9 graded credits and achieved a GPA of 3.5 or above for the semester. This recognition becomes part of the student's academic record and is entered into the individual's transcript.

A total of 595 students enrolled in UA Early College during Fall Semester 2025 at The University of Alabama were named to the director's list with an academic record of 3.6 or higher.

The University of West Alabama has announced nearly 500 outstanding undergraduate students named to the President's List for the Fall 2025 academic semester. The President's List gives recognition to undergraduate students with exceptionally high grades for the semester, those with grade-point averages of 3.80 or higher, completing at least twelve semester credit hours, with no grade lower than a "C." More than 18,700 University of Maryland Global Campus students were named to the Dean's List for the fall 2025 term. To be eligible for the honor, a student must complete at least six credits during the term, earned a grade point average of at least 3.5 for the term, and maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.5 at UMGC.

The University of Central Arkansas held December commencement cemermonies Thursday and Friday, Dec. 11-12, in the Farris Center on campus, conferring approximately 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees and certificates from the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences; College of Business; College of Education; College of Health and Behavioral Sciences; College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics; and the Graduate School.

Troy University is proud to announce students who have been named to the Provost's List for the Fall Semester and Term 2 of the 2025/2026 academic year. Full-time undergraduate students who are registered for at least 12 semester hours and who have a grade point average of at least 3.65 qualify for the Provost's List. The Fall Semester includes students at the Troy, Ala., campus. Term 2 includes students at TROY's campuses in Dothan and Montgomery, Ala., along with locations outside of Alabama and online.

Samford University recognizes 2,575 students named to the Dean's List for the fall 2025 semester. To qualify for the dean's list, a student must have earned a minimum 3.5 grade point average out of a possible 4.0 while attempting at least 12 credit hours of coursework. The Dean's List is the highest academic recognition given by the school at the end of each semester.
